Bygone sounds (For Jonathan)

We found ourselves at an old forge on Saturday, where an enthusiast demonstrated how to sharpen a pick-axe point for us. So here is the now rare sight and sound of an blacksmith at work. (I'll get the image turned the right way up once I work out how)

  1. Wow! Thank you very much. And well worth turning my head on one side for. Although there are still smithies in Norfolk I have yet to visit one. I shall try to rectify that before they all go. Definitely a sound worth preserving.

  2. To turn your video around the right way, load it into Windows Movie Maker and open up the effects menu. Find the one that says 'rotate 90 degrees'. You can then re-export your movie the right way round.

My apologies if you've already sussed this out but it's the only editing software I've come across that will do this (easily, anyway).
