It looks like a stealth bomber. One of the best things about camping at Stiffkey is the fine assortment of moths. Less so since they replaced the old wooden WWII shower blocks but still impressive.
The image blows up well. That new camera of yours was money well spent.
I have started using gimp to compress the photos, and it seems to make a better job of it than the old software I used. I still get small files but the images seem to be more detailed.

It's a privet hawkmoth - fabulous creatures. The family of hawkmoths is called sphingidae

Since gimp is free to use, I am very satisfied.
I found one of these in my yard this is what it looks like its big and I need to know what it eats
