I couldn't believe it yesterday, seeing a couple digging up Primroses from the bank beside the road.

No surprises there....if it's on the road it's public not private and people will not only pick flowers but dig up plants.
Apparently the public are allowed to pick the daffs that are out in valley, but only up to a handful each.
It is looking promising :-)
